Troubleshooting

The map does not follow me Tap the locate button to recenter and turn following back on. Panning the map turns following off on purpose.

The map is blank or gray Apple styles need a connection. Switch to a downloaded raster style, or download the area you need first (see Offline maps).

Location is missing or inaccurate Check Settings, Privacy and Security, Location Services, Trailseek and set it to While Using or Always. A first fix outdoors can take a moment, and buildings or tree cover reduce accuracy. The status panel shows the current accuracy.

Recording stopped when the screen locked Set location access to Always so recording continues in the background. With While Using, the system can pause it.

Elevation looks off Elevation comes from the barometer where available and GPS otherwise, so weather and device differences change the reading.

Weather radar shows nothing It is US only and needs a connection. Outside the United States or offline it shows nothing.

An import did not add everything Trailseek imports what it can from a GPX file and reports any warnings. Check that the file is valid GPX.
